PFS a.s. Brezová pod Bradlom is the largest producer of springs and flexible parts made of wire and steel tape in Slovakia. The company was founded in 1995 as a successor of the more than 50-year tradition of spring production in Brezová pod Bradlom.
Our products are widely used in a wide range of industries. The most important of these is currently the automotive industry and its subcontractors. From lights to locks to couplings and many other car seats, you'll find plenty of springs and flexible parts. In today's globalized world, where component manufacturers supply their often unified products to different types of cars, you can meet our springs almost anywhere in the world.
Similar rules now apply to other sectors, whether in white goods, electrical engineering or agriculture or construction. This, of course, increases the quality requirements of the supplied parts. That is why we produce our products according to the highest quality standards defined mainly by the automotive industry.
We select material suppliers according to strict quality requirements. In addition to standard spring materials we also use materials with special composition or mechanical properties.
We use a wide range of production equipment from simple almost single-purpose machines to state-of-the-art computer-controlled forming machines. The same applies to finishing operations such as grinding, blasting, tempering, quenching or cycling.
We also offer a range of spring coatings to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance or aesthetic properties. Whether it is blackening, phosphating, galvanizing or modern modifications of the Delta MKS type used again especially in the automotive industry, we provide all this directly in our company. As for Delta MKS, we are the only licensed Slovak supplier of these modifications.
