We can offer you cold coiled compression springs made from wire diameters from 0,2 up to 7,1 mm. The majority of ou springs is based on the customer drawing. Besides that we offer standardized compression springs as you can see in Catalogue section, or we can provide you with the spring design according to your application.
The springs are made from drawn steel spring wire according to EN10270-1 and EN10270-3 norms, stainless steel wire according to the DIN 17224 norm, or alternatively from other wire types specified on the drawing.
According to the customer specification we provide other services and treatments as follows :
- heat treatment - relieving the stress in the wire that occurs during the forming process
- grinding
- stabilization or presetting
- cycling
- testing and sorting
